Getting My Move On

Yes, I know I have been mia for a couple weeks but really it is for a very good reason, I am working on my health It all started with my eating habits going all organic and healthy. Then it got a little spicy with Zumba three days a week.


Then a really great friend, I am sure some of you may know her, Brenda @ Country Romance From The Heart , introduced me to My Fitness Pal. Brenda has been a huge encouragement in my making some great healthy changes in my life......gotta love that girl!
Then there was Leslie Sansone, for the three days that I do not go to Zumba.
As you can see my concentration has been else where and blogging was not a priority at the time. Mr Wonderful is coming home soon so there are some projects that need finished before, so I am sure my regular posts will be back in full swing soon.



On another note I noticed while I was gone I was blessed with my over 200 followers, wouldn't you say that's a super great reason to have a giveaway soon, so keep an eye open there should one be coming in a couple weeks.

  6. Tammy- you go girlfriend-- good for you! This was my year to get healthy too- back to counting WW points, doing my Curves work outs, Zumba ( love it) and yoga-- 34 pounds- gone!! I know you can do this-- and you have the very best motivation-- so happy your hubby will be home soon!!
